I'm ranting a little bit now but I need to get something of my chest! It has come to my attention that some of other printing business' (they feel that they're our competitors) who can't beat our service and quality of work, are now trying to enter into a price war with us and also telling lies like that we sell tumblers that are not hot and cold or poor quality.

So lets put these misconceptions to bed by putting all of our cards on the table. Please know that I am not accusing anybody of anything, I'm simply stating the way we as Handyfox Creative operates with Christian values, boundaries and no grey areas.

1. All the tumblers that we sell are Double Wall Stainless Steel and keep hot and cold... Furthermore all of us (so-called competitors included) buy from the same suppliers, so all the items are the same quality.

2. We don't need to compete in a price war. Our quality of work and turn around time speaks for itself. You get what you pay for. If you want to pay less for lower quality print with ghosting all over etc., its your prerogative. If you want to undercut everyone in a price war, just know that it is not sustainable.

3. Handyfox Creative don't use stolen designs... Harsh words I know, but we own commercial rights to anything that we print. We pay for designs, designers, Etsy designs and sites like Creative Fabrica. We also don't print intellectual property like brand names etc. We also do a lot of our own designing. - In English this means we don't use screenshots of other people's work or use AI to remove watermarks from designers pictures.

4. We might use AI now and then as a tool to help us correct flaws, spelling mistakes and sometimes create an image, but in the end, its a tool. We don't use AI designs as an end product.

5. Our advertisements, unless stated otherwise (we sometimes make use of mock-ups but when we do we will state it as a disclaimer), will always be of actual items we've created. So that means that you're looking at a finished, real life product. The reason for this is simple: There will be no misconception of the end product. See the picture below and you'll see what we mean.

6. We will always send you a design to approve before we print, so that you can check for spelling mistakes etc. and give us the thumbs up.
