🔴CPG stop ROBBERY in Progress🔴 Four Arrested‼️ On 31/8/2022, a tip off was received by CPG that two people acting suspiciously in George Allen St, Willbart. One suspect was standing in front of a business and the other was walking up and down. CPG approached the suspect who was jittery and not making sense, he suddenly dropped a gun. The weapon was secured and the man arrested. The other suspect starting walking towards Main Reef Road on his phone. CPG learned that there were a further five people inside the premises busy committing a robbery. CPG called for assistance from other security groups and SAPS. Three inter-link trucks have been identified and seized, all with false number plates, a further three suspects were apprehended. The others are on the run.

CPG Security Intervention

At around 09:30 CPG Security Intervention was patrolling in the Primrose area when a report came through from one of our clients regarding a suspicious car with armed occupants.

The Intervention Units along with the Reaction Units proceeded immediately to the location to intercept the suspects. The suspects tried to get away upon the units arrival but was quickly detained m. Two suspects where apprehended along with fi****ms and a vehicle driving with false plates.

Both suspects were detained and handed over to specialized SAPS units for profiling and futher investigation.

CPG Security Intervention Unit

While patrolling in the Primrose area CPG security intervention unit received a report of a armed house invasion in the Primrose area.

CPG Intervention unit immediately proceeded to the location and started investigating the scene and area.

Approximately 30min after the incident happened the Intervention unit spotted 4 guys that matched the description of the suspects involved in the home invasion and proceeded to apprehend them.

The 4 suspects were positively identified by the victim with the assistance of CPG Security.

4 Suspects was arrested and handed over to SAPS along with a firearm for futher investigation.

At around 09:30 CPG Security Intervention Unit was patrolling in the Primrose area when a report came through from a community member who needed assistance with a suspect who tried to steal a ladies bag.

The Intervention Unit proceeded immediately to the location to intercept the suspect. The suspect was apprehended with the assistance of community members who witnessed the incident.

One suspects was detained and the lady recovered her bag. Suspect was handed over for futher investigation and profiling.

At around 01:30 CPG Security was patrolling in the Primrose area when a report came through regarding two wall jumpers that gained entry into one of our clients properties.
The unit proceeded immediately to the location and started to search for the two suspects.
Two suspects where detained with the assistance of ADT & the client and handed over to SAPS for profiling and futher investigation.

Going that extra …
With these alerts it gives us the upper hand to catch the criminal before they act. Yes there are areas where cloned plates are used and it seems a challenge. Yet so far with the success ratio we had it brings numbers down for crime.
If there are anyone willing to contribute to the expansion of the smart cameras then please join. Plans are to erect more smart systems to cover lots more areas of Primrose. The smart system initiative is for the community.

FORBIDDEN FALSE PLATES FOUND & DEALT WITH
📍Primrose, Gauteng | 2021/09/08

Our partners over at CPG Armed Response flagged a vehicle seen driving in their precinct with false plates. A day later, the vehicle triggered Navic Cloud ANPR systems and was found by the same industrious Officers of CPG.

Full checks were done and the VIN/Disc & license plates all did not correspond. The vehicle was handed over to Primrose SAPS & booked into the pound for further inspections.

At around 14h00 CPG Security received a alert from a Navic smart camera for a vehicle of interest that is suspected to be involved in serious crimes

Intervention unit spotted vehicle floating around Ackermans Pharmacy. Vehicle was followed and stopped for questioning

More vehicle details were taken down for investigation purpose

Instruction to let vehicle go for now and stern warning given not to look for trouble in Primrose
