The company's aim is to offer great service at affordable prices. Depending on the fault of the appliance Bob's Appliance Repairs will either do an on-site quotation and repair of your appliance or a collection; the evaluation in this case will be done at the workshop and a quotation will be sent. A R350.00 call-out fee is charged if the quotation is not accepted. If the quote is accepted the call

-out fee charge is R150.00 (this includes the delivery fee). Bob's Appliance Repairs gives you the option of bringing your faulty appliance to the workshop by telephonic arrangement, in which case the quotation will be provided within 24 hours free of charge.
