D’Ville Cyclery is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Junior Sales Assistant to join our growing team at our exciting bicycle shop.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about cycling and the outdoor lifestyle.
- Friendly, energetic and confident when dealing with customers.
- Eager to learn about bicycles, components, accessories and cycling equipment.
- Well presented with excellent communication skills.
- A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual and willing to go the extra mile for customers.
- Must be active on social media and have basic computer skills.
- Previous retail or sales experience is advantageous, but a passion for bikes, cycling and the right attitude are more important!
- Valid Drivers License is essential
Your Responsibilities:
As a Junior Sales Assistant, you will assist with:
- Welcoming and assisting customers in-store.
-Helping customers find the right bike and cycling products for their needs
- Learning about our extensive range of bikes, accessories and apparel.
- Processing sales and assisting with stock management.
- Keeping the showroom and retail area neat, organised and exciting.
- Assisting with product displays and promotions.
- Supporting our social media and marketing activities.
- Assisting the sales team with day-to-day duties.
- Creating an exceptional customer experience from the moment customers walk through the door.
