Golly! Shopping makes one a little parched and we have the cure! Relax with Six Dogs Gin] at our market!

🌿 DOG BEET COCKTAIL 🌿

~ Earthy and herbaceous, low sugar ~

INGREDIENTS:

- 37.5ml Six Dogs Blue Gin
- 25ml Beetroot and rosemary shrub (vinegar-based syrup)
- 180ml Soda (can also use tonic if you prefer the sweetness)
- 1 Sprig rosemary
- Agave (optional)

METHOD:

Pour the gin, shrub and soda over ice. Stir. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Add a dash of agave if you’d like it sweeter, or use tonic water instead of soda.
