We’re looking for an organised, proactive person to join our team as a *Customer Experience Coordinator* at Hoi P’loy.

This isn’t a traditional customer service role. It’s about keeping projects moving, supporting customers, coordinating with production and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll be the link between our customers, workshop and dispatch team, helping create a smooth experience from the first enquiry through to delivery.

A look inside our workshop during Cape Town Furniture Week 2026 ⚙️

We hosted an immersive walkabout, guiding guests through the full making process of our Di Ponti Range, from concept to final product, with live demos running along the way.

To wrap it up, everyone got to assemble their own mini 3D-printed clock to take home.

And just like that February flew by. In the midst of it all was Cape Town Furniture Week. Now that things have settled, we’re taking a moment to reflect, and express our gratitude.

We’re feeling incredibly grateful as we look back on Cape Town Furniture Week.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Thank you to .capetown for the care, intention, and energy poured into creating a platform that genuinely champions local design. It’s no small feat to gather so many studios, ideas, and conversations under one roof, and make it feel meaningful.

What visitors don’t always see are the late nights, problem-solving, last-minute tweaks, and general chaos in the lead-up to opening night. Respect to every designer, maker, installer, and organiser who put in the hard work behind the scenes.

Congratulations to everyone who took part and shared stheir work so generously. The standard keeps rising, and it’s inspiring to witness.

We’re so excited about Hoi Ploy’s new range of 3D printed clocks that was showcased for the first time at Cape Town Furniture Week 2026. The clocks form part of the new DiPonti range, and are created using our tasteful range of matte, 3D filament. The colours closely match the custom made rug that was provided by . The rug really made the installation pop on the raw, grey, gutted shell that set the venue’s tone - perfect environment to contrast the slick treatment of all these slick pieces.

Collaborating with local brands that have pioneered in their fields empowers us to grow and inspires us to push our own boundaries as we strive towards elevating local standards. On this occasion, we’re so grateful to who jumped on board, and rallied in record time to help bring our vision to life. The custom rug they crafted for us allowed us to frame our CTFW space so perfectly, and we’re delighted with how the tasteful colour scheme echoed our new 3D printing filament range. Thank you so much! Looking forward to taking things further with Yudu!

Our new Di Ponti Touch Light made it onto the and curated stand at this years . We love having the opportunity to showcase our work among other leading local designers. Sunday is the last day to visit the fair in person, so don’t miss out!

As we head into the final minutes of Cape Town Furniture Week 2026, it’s a great opportunity to reflect on the new products and partnerships that have emerged. In particular the Di Ponti Tough Light range in colours that pick up on the rug collaboration we did this year with . We love the way the elegance of these subtle details complement each other so well.
