Must have a valid driver's license (truck license is beneficial)
About Us
Storemore Self Storage provides safe, clean, and accessible storage solutions for businesses and residents across Cape Town. We’re growing fast and need a reliable all-rounder to keep our facility and office running smoothly.
Maintenance Duties:
Perform general painting, repairs to buildings, storage units and equipment.
Handle minor plumbing and electrical work.
Maintain outdoor areas, including cleaning, basic landscaping, and waste removal.
Assist with unit maintenance, garage door repairs, water-proofing of leaks, welding, pot holes, hinges and lock changes when required.
Office Duties:
Assist with customer enquiries in person and via phone.
Assist with record-keeping and stock control for supplies.
Prepare and process basic paperwork related to storage rentals.
Liaise with contractors, supplies and service providers as required.
Requirements:
Able to work independently
Practical experience in building maintenance and repairs.
Good communication and people skills.
Computer Liiteracy
Physically fit for manual work
