Why I seal my pieces!
This is not to waterproof them!!!
Using a food grade wax (Howard’s wax) is my preferred method of sealing as it’s odourless and natural also easy to work with, not sticky and no streaks.
It’s purely to prevent scratches and minor spills, the wax locks in colour in a way that enhances the look.
