The children in my class need a little extra academic support, so to make learning more exciting I always try to integrate concrete learning. After using playdough to teach group 1 Jolly Phonics sounds, the children now beg to use the playdough everytime they come for a lesson!

At first we rolled the dough to form letters, then played around with the sounds and started to build words and finally progressed to using the playdough to help us complete the worksheet.

The children loved the sensory aspect and the activity was also great for developing fine motor skills 🌟

One of the first big changes for 2022 is that we'll be closing our website for now. We've found that most of you prefer to chat to us over Whatsapp or DM before ordering and so we'll be using these platforms to advertise and sell our products.

We love the fact that this felt board can fold in half and stand up. It's great to use as a calendar/weather chart (a must have for every classroom) or for a theme table ⛅☔

The felt add-on pieces come in letters, numbers, fruits, vegetables, animals, shapes and sea life - the possibilities really are endless! This board could even be used as a message board for special occasions such as birthdays, or as a welcome sign.
