UK born, Paul Borst, is the owner and managing director of Batman Cricket Services, t/a D&P Cricket. The business was started 25 years ago and has grown to become SA's leading cricket brand and bat manufacturer under his leadership. D&P Cricket offers the following:

A huge congratulations to D&P Brand Ambassador and professional women's cricketer, Chrissy Mari, who continues to go from strength to strength in her cricket journey.

A proud learner from HTS Middelburg, Chrissy currently represents the Mpumalanga Rhinos Women's team and continues to excel both at school and provincial level.

Chrissy is also currently part of the South Africa Under-19 Women's training squad, preparing for the 2027 ICC U19 Women's T20 World Cup in Bangladesh and Nepal, while continuing to represent the Next Gen Women's Club, HTS Middelburg Girls' 1st XI, HTS Middelburg Boys' 2nd XI, and will soon be competing in the Fire and Fury league.

Her dedication, hard work, and passion for the game are a true reflection of what can be achieved through commitment and perseverance.

A huge congratulations to D&P Brand Ambassador, FG Botha , on making his debut for the Free State Men's Provincial Colts this past season against the North West Dragons at Mangaung Oval.

A proud St Andrew's College 1st XI cricketer, FG earned his opportunity after an outstanding 75 against KES, becoming one of only a select few schoolboys to represent the Free State Men's Provincial side.

As a D&P Brand Ambassador for the past 10 years, it's been a privilege to watch FG's journey from a young cricketer to competing at provincial level. His dedication, hard work, and passion for the game continue to inspire the next generation.

A huge thank you to Jacobus van der Merwe from Wellington, a proud Grade 11 learner at Paarl Gimnasium and 2nd XI cricketer, for an incredible 10 years of loyalty to D&P Cricket.

It was great to welcome Jacobus back to the shop as he collected his brand-new D&P bat while also bringing in his trusted older bat for a repair a testament to the quality and longevity of D&P equipment.

Congratulations, Matthew Geldenhuys!🏏

A huge congratulations to D&P Brand Ambassador, Matthew Geldenhuys, on his continued success on the cricket field.

At just 17 years old, Matthew has already established himself as a 1st XI player for Boland Landbou, where he has been a key member of the side since June 2024. Following an invaluable three month cricket exchange programme in the United Kingdom, he has returned with even more experience and confidence to continue his development.

Matthew also represents the Boland T20 side and has once again been retained for the Bulls Under-19 team in the CPL, a fantastic achievement that reflects his talent, dedication, and consistent performances.

A huge congratulations to D&P Ambassador and Sponsored Athlete, Ruan de Swardt, on signing with Leicestershire County Cricket Club for the remainder of the season and the opening three Metro Bank One Day Cup fixtures.

Adding to an already outstanding year, Ruan was also named the North West Dragons Men's Player of the Year in South Africa's Division 1 professional domestic competition a testament to the respect he has earned from his teammates through consistent performances, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
