We're proud to share this exciting project, 2.4 km of perimeter lighting for the Atlantis Solar PV Plant, commissioned by the City of Cape Town.

Protecting a 7 MW utility-scale energy asset comes with real challenges - not least the pressure to deliver security infrastructure without disrupting an active construction site.

Our fence-direct system is mounted straight onto the perimeter mesh fence. No trenching. No concrete. No specialist electrical trades. Just a mechanical fixing crew, moving fast and leaving the ground untouched.

Coupled with Avigilon thermal CCTV, the lights sit in standby mode and activate the moment a detection event is triggered - flooding the relevant boundary section with light, helping operators verify the situation, and giving anyone approaching the fence a very clear signal that they've been seen.
