Front desk Sales/Admin Clerk

Job Purpose:

• To provide an efficient, beneficial and professional service to customers at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Make customers welcome and are provided excellent customer service.
• Actively selling to customers.
• Achieving set monthly sales targets.
• Admin/Answering phones and assisting callers directly or by redirecting the call to the relevant person.
• Upholding the professional appearance of the shop.
• Setting up displays and stock layouts according to accepted merchandising principles.
• Participate in stock takes.
• Applicants will be required to be aware of and uphold security practices at all times.
• But not limited to above.

Skills:

• Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English, Computer literate, Office and Omni Accounts
• Previous counter sales/retail experience will be an advantage.
• Product knowledge will be a necessity, in house training given.
• Knowledge of security related products will be advantageous.

Salary
• Salary will be discussed during interview.
