On August the 9th 2025, Botrivier Country market will be at the platform on the Botrivier Station. A train trip from Botrivier to Elgin and back will be happening. You can book at Ceres Rail 0794019353 [email protected] then again on the 6th of September 2025. FREE PARKING at the Shuntin Shed our diner build on the old railway tracks with old railway seats. More parking at Botrivier Sattelite Police station. Also parking at the Botrivier Hotel and take the historic steps to the station. It's going to be a nice vibe with a welcoming atmosphere. Hospitality from the Platteland. There is plenty to explore while waiting coffee everywhere, The Trading Post have this and that.....Beaumont Wine Farm is also a must. The Biltong shop delicious and Oom Pine from the Biltong shop draw a map on the wall of the station to show you where you are.

BOTRIVIER COUNTRY MARKET on Saturday the 12th of July 2025 from 9h00 till 13h30 at the Botrivier railway train station next to the Shuntin Shed diner on the tracks. We trade under a huge roof, pet on a leash friendly. We a small Village market, fresh air, lovely to walk your pet. Or bring your bike, enjoy a cycle. If you love trains and history....come be seated on a old coach seat, enjoy a cold one or coffee. Walk the station. If you love photography...you will have plenty spots to take photos. If you would like the experience of a Steamtrain for the 9th of August 2025, come book your ticket. You board here, at Botrivier take a trip to Elgin and return to Botrivier. Plenty parking space. Other interesting spots, Beaumont Wine Farm, Trading Post, Botrivier Hotel. And you can reach all of those straight from the station walking distance.
