Chocolate Mint - Edible. Rich mint + chocolate aroma. Great for tea, baking, drinks
Pineapple Mint - Edible. Sweet pineapple scent with green + white leaves. Perfect for salads and infused water
Corsican Mint - Aromatic groundcover. Forms a dense, low mat with intense mint fragrance

Why plant mint in August? Cool weather helps it establish strong roots before summer heat.

Spring is around the corner in SA and August is the BEST time to get these in the ground:

Flowers: Lavender, Calendula, Primulas, Snapdragons, Salvias
Herbs: Rosemary, Parsley, Thyme

Why plant now? The soil is warming up but it’s still cool enough for strong root growth. You’ll get more flowers, better harvests, and less stress in spring.

Lavender + Rosemary = drought tolerant. Calendula + Primulas = instant color. Herbs = fresh cooking all year.
