It saddens me to do this but I will no longer do any design work for prints unless a payment has been made. It is downright lousy and so inhuman that I get baited like this. I spend hours on design work to capture and create something uniquely personal to the clients description and then as soon as I sent the design for approval, boom I here nothing further of their order. Then that same picture gets taken to other businesses for printing.
