Key Responsibilities - Sales Coordination:
• Assist the sales team with quotes, proposals, and client follow-ups
• Track leads, enquiries, and sales pipeline activity
• Coordinate client communications and ensure timely responses
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and reporting
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities - Marketing Coordination:
• Assist with managing social media platforms and basic content posting including web page adverts or updates
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across the group
• Liaise with designers, printers, and external service providers
• Help maintain brand consistency across all businesses
• Support with website updates and marketing materials.
Requirements:
• Matric (essential)
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (advantageous)
• Graphic Design qualification or abilities (advantageous)
• Strong organisational and admin skills
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic understanding of social media and marketing platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
