Known for its smooth, elegant character, Pinot Noir pairs beautifully with grilled chicken, salmon, mushrooms and even pizza.

Serve Pinot Noir slightly chilled at 12–15°C in a wide, bell-shaped wine glass. Pop the bottle in the fridge for 20 minutes before pouring and let the wine breathe for 15-30 minutes in your glass to open up its delicate cherry, spice, and earthy aromas.

Pop the bubbles - it's International Prosecco Day!

Light, crisp and refreshingly fruity, Prosecco is often mistaken for a champaign but is actually a sparkling wine.

It has unique, effervescent and foamy bubbles, that are bigger compared to other sparkling wines, keeping your palate refreshed and ready for the next sip.

Chill the bottle thoroughly to between 6–8°C and use a tulip-shaped glass or a standard champagne flute to concentrate the aromas and keep the bubbles alive.

Add a splash of orange juice to create a simple brunch favourite - the classic Mimosa!
