🇻🇺 A special one for us ✨

This bar began with the incredible 83 Islands Distillery 2-year aged Yumi Rum, first presented at Fine Foods Australia with Pacific Trade & Invest. Chef Jess knew instantly it had to become chocolate.

We infused our organic cacao nibs in this beautiful Vanuatu rum for three months, dried them, and turned them into a silky 70% dark chocolate.

We were honoured to welcome His Excellency, the Vanuatu Consulate General, Donald A Pelam Yavit, to our shop recently — he’s now taking a dozen bars back to the distillery in Vanuatu 🇻🇺✨

So great to see Bourganville PNG‘s choc festival underway. The Cacao sector is thriving in the South Pacific region. So many people overlook our neighbours. Keep your eye out for pop New Guinea chocolate and make sure you try some.

At South Pacific Cacao our chocolate is made from the cacao bean directly sourced from the Solomon Islands. All of our bars are hand piped and temped, and as you can see so very very shiny! 😍

After all these years we finally have vanilla in retail size for the general public. I’ve been selling vanilla wholesale for a number of years now but we’ve seen enough interest from our retail customers so we’re now offering a whole section on our website and instore dedicated to this be the 1st to check out our wonderful offering.
