Our headquarters and main warehouse are located in Laurel, Maryland - a suburb of Washington, DC. We are also able to ship from California and Kentucky on some stock and custom items. OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU…

We keep stock of hundreds of cases to serve customers with the best delivery times possible. Our goal is to always ship orders the same day you place them, whenever possible. We pride ourselves on some of the finest customer service in the industry.

Specialty Cases was founded in 1989 by Mr. Young helped establish Specialty Cases as a leader in reusable shipping case solutions. After sixteen very successful years under Mr. John Gump took over as President, continuing in this capacity until 2014. Gump, more product lines were added, and the company expanded into new horizons. The company's current President is Mrs. Kiersten Gillespie, who has pledged to uphold the same tradition of customer service excellence that has been the Specialty Cases way for over 30 years.
