We are dedicated to providing you with one-stop-shop access to authentically Catholic products...with a knowledgeable eye towards reliability, quality and affordability. Credo Catholic is a family owned, independent Catholic Bookstore founded with a primary mission: to provide Christians with widespread access to authentically Catholic books, goods and other products in an effort to not only evan

gelize and catechize, but also provide answers to commonly held misconceptions and mis-impressions of Christ’s Church. Through a careful eye in ordering inventory, along with a focus on tapping into independent Catholic artisans, authors and artists,
Credo Catholic is much more than your typical “brick and mortar” retail bookstore. Whether it be through our website (www.credocatholic.com) or at a Credo Catholic event, you should never feel like you are “shopping” in our store– your experience should be an adventure in your faith, with hopefully a little bit of learning along the way. Our Catholic faith, our universal faith, is rich, ancient, intellectually consistent… authentic… and we believe that your Catholic resources should reflect that rock-solid and absolutely unique assembly of characteristics. Our promise to you is that you will not only have access to authentically Catholic books and goods, but that you will have someone to talk to and ask questions of– the inventory in our store was literally hand-picked by our owners, with the prayerful intent of providing personalized offerings that are not thrown on a shelf as a display, but rather are a true reflection of the deeply rich experience of the Catholic faith. Likewise, if you are looking for a book or product that we do not carry, or have a question that we do not know a helpful answer to, you have our commitment to find the answer and give you a response… even if it may be something you…or we… do not want to hear. Credo Catholic is a small step– part of our step– to further that ultimate goal.

Yes. We still exist. We sold our building (owned the entire building and received offers that would have been irresponsible for our family to ignore), so the physical store is and has been closed for a while now. We have been fully engaged (and still are) in the long process of making sure our unique and authentic product availability and decades of experience remain. OUR WEBSITE is still up and available with all of the insights, commentary and access that we carried in the original store front. www.credocatholic.com

We want to be very clear... we are still here. You can always email or call with questions or need for accessibility. If you contact us directly by email, text or call, and mention this post, we will work with you individually to bypass as much of the shipping costs as possible, which otherwise we have very little control over due to "extensions" that the internet and "AI" automatically throws in through UPS, the postal service, Fedex, etc.

We have more flexibility now than ever due to the ability to deal directly with suppliers for inventory availability, particularly for items that are not or are no longer accessible directly to the public--but you can still find them at extreme discounts on our website. And due to those unique relationships, we can and do make arrangements to ship as quickly as possible... which saves a trip to a physical store and allows you, the customer, to purchase knowing that it is vetted, authentically Catholic, and consistent with Tradition, faith and practice.

We remain, living and breathing...

Credo.

The doors are repaired. We are fully open. And taking full advantage. We are freakishly proudly announcing our UNPRECEDENTED religious goods re-stock--the largest orders in our more than 11 years of business, by orders of magnitude (pun intended). TENS of thousands of new items, all made in the USA or Italy. The Advent(!) table is up, crates (not just cases) of devotional candles are in, dozens of hand carved and hand painted statues from Peru and Columbia are in, hundreds of crucifixes... you get the picture. Everything is available in-store, but also on our website. Come check us out. Credo.

We had a visit from friends recently. People who evidently do not like us or have a fear of what we stand for. At the same time, we brought in a full crate of new, handcarved and hand painted statuary from Lima, Peru. Waited six months for it. Our visitors have been identified by our cameras and are being dealt with. Pray for them. I am. But I assure you...mercy will come from elsewhere if anywhere.

As always, the store continues to grow. We are proud to offer "The Funeral Mass of Saint John Paul II," an original oil on canvas painting by Luz Marie Estaban. It is absolutely stunning in its detail. Dimensions are 59" x 39" (yes, you read that correctly). Please call or come by the store to inquire about pricing. Credo.

Yes we are still here. It's been a unique year, including a full remodel of our sales floor, recovering from another ice storm, new roof, and a complete overhaul of our inventory. In the next month we are bringing in dozens of handmade, hand painted statues, thousands of religious items (crucifixes, medals, cards, jewelry, visor clips, scapulars and more), and of course, hundreds of new book titles. We'll post pictures here as the crates come in. We remain fully stocked as it is, but we are taking full advantage of all 3000 square feet in the coming weeks. Come check us out! Credo.
