Stats confirm it - these are humanity's fuel. Over 500 billion cups of coffee are consumed worldwide every year. Tea? The world drinks 25,000 cups every single second - that's over 2 billion cups a day. And yet, so much of it ends up wasted because we're storing it wrong…

YES, even tea goes bad! 👀 It won't grow mold like bread, but it loses its flavour and aroma. Tea has five enemies: moisture, air, light, heat, and surrounding odours.

☑️ Store in an airtight, opaque container
☑️ Keep in a cool, dark place
☑️ DON'T store them together - tea absorbs surrounding smells like a sponge!

Did you know that Elbląg is one of Poland's leading centres for the wood and furniture industry?🪵

Eslog is located in Elbląski Park Technologiczny – a Leader of Smart Specialisations of the Warmia-Mazury Region in the field of Wood & Furniture. It is here, at the Centre for Wood and Furniture Technology, that structural testing of timber under humidity and temperature conditions takes place.

And the city itself? Elbląg is home to an established furniture cluster – nearly 20 companies, over 2,000 employees, and 150,000 m² of production and warehouse space. Furniture made here reaches customers around the world.

So where does eslog come in? 🤔

Wood is a living material – it absorbs moisture, expands and contracts with temperature changes. To maintain its properties, timber needs to stay within 8–12% moisture content. Exceed that range in storage or during transport, and you risk cracks, warping, and costly returns. That's exactly what eslog is built to prevent – monitoring temperature, humidity and shock in real time, from the kiln to the final delivery.

On May 7th, we attended the Hardware Design Masterclasses in Katowice, Poland! 🇵🇱

The 6th edition of the event focused on electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electronic warfare - and according to the organizer himself, Rafał Stępień, it was the most ambitious edition yet, both in terms of organization and content.

The packed program covered a wide range of fascinating topics, making HDM a perfect opportunity for us to stay ahead of the curve and keep up with the latest trends shaping the industry.

We're heading to Katowice for the 6th edition of Hardware Design Masterclasses! 🇵🇱

Our engineers, Paweł and Damian, are already on their way.
You can meet them on 🗓️May 7th at the 📍MCK – International Congress Centre in Katowice - make sure to say hi! 👋

This year's edition puts a focus on electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electronic warfare, covering a wide range of topics from PCB & schematic design, analog and digital electronics, RF & antenna engineering, to signal processing, simulations, CAD software, and PCBA production support.

With such a packed agenda, we can hardly wait! For us, attending HDM is about growing, learning, and bringing fresh ideas back home. See you there!

On April 28th, we took part in the event “Sweden and Poland Close Ties, Huge Opportunities.” The eslog team was represented by Janusz Skóra-Cichowski, who joined the panel discussion “Key Success Factors for Business Between Sweden and Poland – Lessons Learned from Real Cases.”

Our visit to the beautiful city of Umeå was a chance to explore northern Sweden, try the famous Västerbotten cheese, and talk about the essence of cooperation between Poland and Sweden. As Karolina Ostrzyniewska said: “We should work together because we truly need each other.”

The event was organized by the Swedish-Polish Chamber of Commerce and Swedish-Polish Chamber of Commerce Region Northern Sweden , together with Business Sweden , Västerbottens Handelskammare, and the Polska Agencja Inwestycji i Handlu - PAIH .

Thank you for bringing Sweden and Poland closer together, creating opportunities to better understand each other and build meaningful collaborations!

The word about eslog is spreading around the world!

On April 23, we took part in the webinar “10 Investors, 10 Startup Pitches,” where Janusz Skóra-Cichowski had the opportunity to present eslog’s vision and potential to Swedish business partners. It was a valuable experience to showcase our innovation and build new connections. We’re grateful to the Swedish-Polish Chamber of Commerce for making this possible and for continuously supporting our growth across Scandinavia.

We joined the event from our new location Elbląski Park Technologiczny . It’s exciting to finally start working from our new space - a place with inspiring views, both outside the window and for the future ahead. Elbląski Park Technologiczny is a place full of opportunities, where innovation and development can truly be felt at every step. Eslog has been certified for compliance with the European Radio Equipment Directive (RED) 2014/53/EU!

What does this mean?

This certification confirms that Eslog meets European radio and EMC requirements, reinforcing our commitment to quality, and regulatory compliance.

✅ Approved for the EU market

Compliance with RED is a key requirement for CE marking and legal commercialization across the European Union.

✅ Reliable and compliant NFC communication

Certification to EN 300 330 confirms that:

✔️ the NFC transmitter operates within the permitted frequency band,

✔️ emission power levels remain within regulatory limits,

✔️ the device does not interfere with other radio systems.

✅ Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) assured

Compliance with EN 301 489-1 and EN 301 489-3 ensures that the device:

✔️ does not disrupt other electronic equipment,

✔️ remains resistant to external electromagnetic interference.

👉 By implementing this certification, customers and business partners gain assurance that the product complies with EU regulations, is safe to use, and proper for integration and commercialization across European markets.
