As my cakes are made to order I have a variety of flavours to suit everyone’s tastebuds. My signature flavours are:
Chocolate Mud, white chocolate mud, caramel mud, baileys, cherry ripe, all covered in a delicious chocolate ganache. I also do sponge cakes with buttercream. Before ordering a custom made cake please consider a few things
1. Carved and shaped cakes can ONLY be made out of MUD CAKE
2. Speciality cakes can be quite expensive. So please consider your budget when looking for a cake for your special occasion.
3. NO CAKE will be made unless payment is made 1 week before pickup.
4. A 50% deposit must be taken upon ordering to secure your date. I also specialize in Candy Easter eggs and baskets in assorted flavours and colours just like the olden days. Flavours are: SPEARMINT, PEPPERMINT, ANISEED, BUBBLEGUM, COLA, MUSK, BANANA, TUTTI FRUTTI. Please keep in mind Easter is a busy time for me and to secure a candy egg an order needs to be made a couple weeks before Easter. TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CAKE CLASSES
By confirming this booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All course fees are non-refundable. If we are not able to reach a minimum number of students needed for a class the class will not be booked and a refund will be awarded, a credit will be held for you for future classes,
50% of the cost of the class is due upon booking and the remainder must be settled in full 7 days prior to attending. If you change your mind or cannot give a reason for not attending or a No-show on the day of the class forfeits the cost of the class unless a medical certificate is provided and credit will be held for you for future classes,
The minimum student age is 16. Children under the age of 16 require an adult chaperone. The adult chaperone will be required to book in and participate in the class. The chaperone will receive a discount of 10%. Students must wear enclosed shoes and hair is to be tied back in all classes.
