BLM Drop-Octagons, 1 with Fist and Hearts, 1 with "BLM"
Approx 0.8" x 2.52"L
Currently these both hang without dangling or moving much due to connecting jump rings, but more rings can be added upon request to make these more dangly (and longer).

In the meantime, here's my latest creation! 🦋 I found this small kit at Michaels, complete with the wooden piece. It made for a nice change from my usual mediums (plastic canvas or aida cloth).
