ASK Leadership Team LLC (ASK) is a start-up limited liability company (LLC) consisting of two principal owners with over 18 years of total combined industry experience in Supervision, Human Resources, Leadership, Talent Development, Management, Inventory Management, Direct Sales, Retail Sales, Wholesales, Buying, Marketing & Tele-Marketing.
ASK was created in the heart of God. Found in Matthew 7:7: Ask, Seek, Knock - "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you." We wanted to be the persons that give others the answers they need and also the ones that will help them open new doors in this world. For that, they will need advice of someone who help them on their career path either personally, professionally or spiritually. That will be us!
Sarinette loves to develop the talent on the people around her. She's a "Pay It Forward" woman that believes that if she could help someone to become a better version of him or herself, she's helping to build a better world for us and for our generations to come. She's one of the Founders & the CEO of our Company.
Sarinette Caraballo have more than 14 years of combined experience in Supervision, Human Resources, Leadership, Talent Development, Management, Inventory Management, Direct Sales, Retail Sales, Wholesales, Buying & Marketing. She also has managed +$287 million dollar P&L's. With her strategies and leadership of the teams she has lead, sales increased vs. last year +$15 million dollars. She's currently studying Theology in Biblical Counseling and Family Psychotherapy at the “Seminario Internacional Ministerial”/MINTS International Seminary because of God's calling for her life.
Carlos M. Irizarry's passion is to share and teach the Good News of Jesus Christ with others while explaining them how to develop a relationship free of religion with Jesus. He will be leading the Churches and Non-Profits side of our Company in order to give them tools for the success of their goals. He's one of the Founders & the COO of our Company.
Carlos M. Irizarry have more than 6 years of combined experience in Telemarketing, Supervision, Leadership, Direct Sales, Retail Sales and Inventory Management. He has managed +$20 million worth in inventories and have exceed key metrics YOY. He's also studying Theology in Pastoral Studies in order to help churches leaders and people in need of spiritual healing. God's calling for Carlos is to help others find Him.

We will also be opening our "ASK Leadership Foundation" where every revenue will add 5% to this non-profit in order to help people in need.
Carlos & Sarinette have created and developed their own and unique programs and curriculum based on their more than 18 years of combined industry experience mentioned above. This programs and curriculums will help others to "take a look inside the mind of" the job/ministry title that people wanted to understand, in order to accomplish their goals. There are three different levels of this programs and curriculums: Beginner, Intermediate and Advance. This programs and curriculums have already been sent to the U.S. Copyright Office.

* For the English speaking people, the development program and curriculum name is: "In the mind of... [any word/Ministry Title]"
* For example: A person that will be having an interview in the next few days, will take advantage of the "In the mind of... the Interviewer" program and curriculum. Understanding what the interviewer is looking for in the ideal candidate will give the person who finish the program, the tools needed to exceed interviewer's expectation having a higher chance to get recruited.
Sarinette will be specializing in individuals and companies development while Carlos will be specializing in Churches and Non-Profit. Either way they can handle any area of the business. All of this for the glory of God.
