SHIPPING UPDATE -
WIth the upcoming 4th of July holiday falling on a weekend we will have less staff in the office this coming Fri and next Mon. We are in full shipping mode with no signings scheduled until early August (however we are waiting on some dates for private signings which could be late July)
As a reminder, all updates on shipping out items, cut off dates for signings, rescheduled signings, new announcements, etc are done through our mailing list. This way we can get everyone the same info at the same time. This helps eleviate LOTS of emails asking the same thing. The less we are on email the more we are shipping, opening mail, prepping for signings, etc. If you haven't signed up for our newsletter you can on the bottom of our website: twincitiescomics.com/shop
If you either signed up or we signed you up after placing an order and you are not getting these updates please check your spam, promotions tab in gmail, etc for email updates.
We have been asked many times by people who use gmail about updates and they find their emails. Here's details on how to change an email to go from the "promotions" folder to your regular inbox by creating a filter:
Create a Rule (Filter)To guarantee emails from a specific company never land in Promotions:
1) Open the email that keeps going to the wrong tab.
2) Click the three dots in the top-right of the email.
3) Select Filter messages like these.
4) Click Create filter at the bottom of the pop-up box.
5) Check the box for Categorize as: and select Primary from the dropdown menu.
6) Click Create filter.
If you use other email services you can look up on to "whitelist" emails and change where emails go through simple online searches.
