I do not post very often, but this is something that I feel needs to be said. Will there be backlash from it, I don't know, but I feel it needs to be shared.
This should concern everyone, whether you like fi****ms or not. Why is there not a cry for defund the AFT!
If you are not aware of what is going on in the firearm world, then you probably do not know that the AFT on May 19th, 2024, shot and killed a law-abiding American citizen in an early dawn raid at Brian Malinowski’s Little Rock home. All to execute a” search warrant”.
The AFT rolled up with what looks to be (from a neighbor’s yard video) 10 vehicles of an unknown number of AFT agents and Little Rock PD. The numbers are unknown at this time because the SS, also know as the ATF, will not disclose this “due to an ongoing investigation”. The AFT was not wearing bodycams, which I believe is a federal law, and for some unknown reason the PD allegedly had removed theirs. They approached Mr. Malinowski front door at 600am and placed a piece of tape over the ring cam. This is the last image of the entry team on the ring video. Immediately after covering the cam, the power to the house goes out, or is cut, the AFT will not say if they cut the power, and kick in Mr. Malinowski’s front door. This awakened Mr. and Mrs. Malinowski. Mr. Malinowski removes a handgun from the nightstand drawer. He told his wife to wait in the bedroom and he went to investigate. Mrs. Malinowski, who did not wait, followed her husband to the front room of their house, staying no more than a couple steps behind him. As they approach the front room, Mr. Malinowski observes several figures coming through his front door and fired his handgun at the feet of the intruders to protect his wife and defend his home. The AFT in turn fires at Mr. Malinowski, striking him in the head and killing him. The AFT then takes Mrs. Malinowski and puts her in the back of a vehicle in her nightgown for 4 hours. Mind you her husband was just murdered right in front of her by these same men. They left her in the vehicle and would not let her go to her husband, or even use the restroom.
As I stated before, this was all for a “search warrant” and NOT an arrest warrant. Seven days prior to this, they were seen on video, staging up in a Walmart parking lot getting ready to execute the “search warrant”, you can see a vehicle arrive and it is believed they are told Mr. Malinowski is not at the residence, so they cancel the raid. Now if you do not know the difference between a search or arrest warrant, here is a quick breakdown.
• An arrest warrant authorizes police to detain you and keep you in custody for a period of time.
• A search warrant authorizes police to search a specific location for specific evidence.
• Police do not always have to have a warrant to place you under arrest or search you.
• Sometimes, a search warrant specifies the item, or type of evidence, to be searched for, limiting what the police can seize.
• Unlike arrest warrants, search warrants are commonly issued before criminal charges are filed against a suspect.

So why, if this was a search warrant, did the ATF want their target home. Why did they do it is such an aggressive way knowing full well there were fi****ms in the house and it was only a search warrant, if not wanting to start a gun fight. And did I mention this was all because Mr. Malinowski was a “suspect” of breaking the law of buying and selling fi****ms without an FFL (federal fi****ms license). In other words, he was a firearm hobbyist, that over the span of about 3 years or so, sold just over 100 fi****ms without a license. This practice was perfectly legal until the Biden administration and the AFT rewrote the law governing this just last month, without it going before congress. Did I also mention Mr. Malinowski was the highest paid official in Little Rock. He was making over two hundred thousand a year running the airport. So, it’s safe to say he was not buying and selling for the money. Mr. Malinowski had no criminal record at all and had no idea the AFT was hunting him when his murder took place.
At this time, no one has been charged with this crime and it is my belief no one will. It is my belief that I, who holds an FFL in the state of AZ, will come under fire by the AFT just for writing this. It has been hushed in the media (who I can’t stand because of their dishonesty) and is only being spoken of on the internet.
The SS director, AKA, AFT director, at this time is being questioned by congress and is giving no answers. Go figure.
If what I have written here does not bother you, you really need to think about it. This is not a conspiracy theory, this is fact. This is something that is going to affect everyone based on the outcome. Even if you are neutral in the fight for or against fi****ms, please believe me when I say, this is going to affect everyone across the board. If the AFT, who is a law enforcement agency, can just start writing laws and put them into effect and make felons out of a law-abiding citizen just with the stroke of a pen, what do you think they can do to you. If this action goes unchecked, what is to stop other agencies from writing their own laws and making you a felon for something that just yesterday was perfectly legal.
