We're thinking about hosting a homeschool curriculum trade at We Rock the Spectrum Yukon — but first, we want to hear from YOU!

Would your family be interested in swapping gently used curriculum, workbooks, and learning resources? It's a great way to refresh your shelves, save money, and pass on materials that have served your family well to another one in our community. 💛

📚 Introducing our Rotating Library!

We're so excited to launch something brand new at We Rock the Spectrum Yukon — our very own rotating library! 🎉

The rule is simple: take a book, leave one. It's a community-powered exchange where families can swap stories, discover new favorites, and share books that matter to them.

Since we're just getting started, we'd love your help stocking the shelves! Donations of gently used or new books — especially ones featuring diverse characters, sensory-friendly themes, and neurodivergent voices — are always welcome. Every book you share helps us build something special for our community. 💛

Stop by during open play to browse (and bring a book to swap!), or message us to arrange a donation drop-off.

🎉 Help Us Stock Our Imagination Station!

Hi friends! We're We Rock the Spectrum Yukon, and we're putting out a call for donations to refresh our play space — especially our Imagination Station and sensory corners.

We're looking for:

🧸 Dress-up clothes — costumes, princess dresses, capes, hats, superhero gear, firefighter outfits, etc.
🎧 Sensory toys for audio and visual — things like fidgets, light-up toys, noise-reducing headphones, spinners, rainmakers, kaleidoscopes, etc.
🧲 Magnetic toys & building sets — magnets, blocks, and anything that sparks creativity and imaginative play.

💳 Monetary donations and gift cards are also welcome! These help us purchase new items and replace worn-out gear so every kiddo has something fresh to explore.

One important note: Please make sure all dress-up clothes are freshly washed/laundered before bringing them in. We want everything to be clean and ready for little hands!

📍 Drop-off: Any time during our open play hours — just bring items to the front desk.

Every donation makes a real difference in our kids' play and development. Thank you for supporting our community! 💙

We’re excited to bring Meg Wynne Music and their Bounce’n Beethovens music classes to We Rock the Spectrum Yukon on Monday mornings!

Activities are adapted to meet each child where they are, and parents are welcome to join in or wait in the lobby.

Classes are $10 each, and they’re offering a free trial class this month. The class is designed primarily for ages 0–6, but older children who would enjoy this type of class are welcome too.

Monday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Tuesday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Wednesday: 10:30 AM – 7 PM
Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Saturday: 10 AM – 5 PM
Sunday: Closed
