Established in 2003, Schultz Outfitters is Southeastern Michigan's only full-time, four-season fly-fishing guide service. Working the majority of the season on our home waters of southern Michigan, we specialize in warm water fly-fishing for Smallmouth Bass and Carp. If warm water angling isn't your game we offer Trout and Steelhead trips in both Ohio and Michigan, plus the opportunity to visit exotic locales like Alaska, the Baja Peninsula, the Bahamas, Kamchatka, and more. Located on the southern shore of Lake Erie, Steelhead Alley hosts runs of Steelhead from September - late April. During the early fall you will find us chasing trout and the occasional early steelhead in Northern Michigan. Fall is a great time to be on the river chasing large andromanous species or sight fishing for resident browns and rainbows feasting on the egg buffet.
