DiRusso’s Sausage Inc. is currently seeking an energetic, responsible Production Associate (30-35 hours a week), 4-5 days a week. This is an On-Site position at our production facility in Youngstown, OH.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Machine Operator.
- Post-Production Cleanup.
- Other general duties.

Employees must be able to:

- Multi-task.
- Capable of occasionally lifting 30 to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Must be able to push or pull meat buckets and product pallets.

This position offers:

- Starting pay: $16-20 per hour. Based on relevant experience, skill level.
- Twice-yearly raise opportunities.
- Attractive daytime hours, approximately 6:30am-2:30pm, no weekends or holidays.
- Paid time off and holidays.
- Year-end bonus.
- 401K; 4% employer match.
- Profit Sharing.

DiRusso’s Sausage Inc. is currently seeking energetic, dependable, punctual individuals, 18 years or older for a line work position.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Packaging Assembly
• Packing Goods on Production Line

Employees must be able to:
• Multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Capable of lifting 30 pounds unassisted
• Able to work on foot for 2 to 4 hours
• Have a reliable mode of transportation

This position offers:
- Attractive, daytime hours; Mon. – Fri., 7am – 2pm.
- 25 - 35 hrs. a week.
