It's been a while since I've created something.

Depression can be a damper on creativity and motivation. There were days where I'd scour Pinterest and Instagram to find inspiration, and get up to go sit back down and lose the will to make anything.

I hope everyone is doing well!
Remember that even though it might be a day, a week, a year, or even ten years, there's another day to pick up where you left off! It's never too late! 💖

This bezel was a pain to make! This resin cabochon was made by with a badass mould from ! There will be sterling silver castings from ! Stay tuned! 😊

Chrysocolla sitting in sterling and fine silver! I've always loved it's dark green swirls with echoing minty hues! The deep blue blended together makes it even more gorgeous! Like a little lake inside a forest!

At some point I know I'm going to get frustrated. I'm an instant gratification kinda person, and a perfectionist, so I'll file away millimeters and centimeters of silver trying to make things PERFECT. °Perfection° is unattainable, however. It's up to the receiver to define their joy in the pieces I make.
These were made for the lovely .on.onyx_ who has been SO patient with me while I had classes, family and issues come up! She also has amazing crystals and decorative pieces for your home, so check her page out!
I'll be making more pieces and future collections! I'm excited! I hope you are too! 😁

My silversmithing class has been a blast so far! The first day we made post earrings with solder, hand-cut petals, and hand shaped earring posts! Almost everyone made magnolia flowers, but I /HAD/ to go for something difficult! 😂
Let me say, I've never sawed before and BOY IS IT HARD but SO much fun!! 😍
I highly suggest William Holland School of Lapidary Arts in Young Harris, Georgia! Instructors volunteer to teach and do not get paid hourly. You pay for your materials and room and board (which very affordable for the week and includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner!) and tuition is dependant on the instructor and class you take! They have everything glass fusing, cabochon cutting, leatherwork, tye-dyeing, silver classes (1, 2, 3), opal classes and SO. MUCH. MORE! So go online (https://lapidaryschool.org/main.aspx) and book now, because they're open until September, every week! Classes fill up fast!
