A moment for the team 🤍

This place would not feel the way it does without the people behind it.

This shop is filled with so many thoughtful moments, meaningful connections, and people who make Bell Farm feel so special every day.

From helping customers find the perfect gift, to keeping shelves full, replenishing inventory, managing categories, answering bird questions, wrapping purchases and everything in between… there are so many moving pieces behind the scenes.

One of the things we hear over and over again is how kind, welcoming and helpful our team is and that means everything to me because that’s exactly what we hope people feel here.

So thankful for our crew and the care they put into Bell Farm every single day 🤍

The amount of questions we get after people discover the red barn is honestly one of our favorite parts 😂❤️

Yes, Christmas really is upstairs year round. No, we don’t actually live here. And that giant structure going up? You’ll be seeing a lot more of it soon 👀✨

A lot of people think we’re just a birding shop at first, until they start wandering and realize there’s a little bit of everything tucked inside.

Some people stop in on their way to the beach… and end up making it their annual Maine tradition.

One of the things we care deeply about around here is spreading awareness and excitement around birding and the wildlife that surrounds us. 🤍

Prior to owning the shop, I knew almost nothing about birds. Now it’s become one of my favorite hobbies. It forced me to slow down, pay attention and explore the incredible nature around us here in coastal Maine.

Spring migration feels especially magical. Suddenly the trees are full of color, movement and birdsong again.

The last couple weeks have been a little surreal 💕

We had a video reach nearly 500k people and it’s brought so many new faces through our doors. I’m honestly blown away and so grateful.

Thank you for choosing to slow down for a little while, shop small, wander our red barn and make memories here with us.

And truly, none of this happens without our incredible team. They are the heart of this place and the reason people feel so welcomed here ❤️

I think I’ve always known there was something special about this property, but it’s taken years to fully find our voice and truly own what we’ve built here.

We didn’t build this barn, and many of the vendors and traditions were here long before us. But over the years, we’ve poured ourselves into this place ..expanding it, reimagining it, adding new ideas and creating an experience that reflects our family while still honoring the history that came before us.

This place has become so much bigger than a store to us, and seeing so many people connect with it lately has meant more than I can explain ❤️
