We are finally ready to part with our wonderful vintage Alfa Romeo Patio/Beach Umbrella. My wife Vicki Baum Mihm may put it on Facebook Yard Sale. I do not plan to put it on eBay. It is still colorful and bright but has some condition issues, especially missing/torn fringes, a few holes, and some staining. Please look carefully at the pictures. I am looking for $60 for it and would prefer it be picked up here in York PA. That way a potential buyer could check the condition personally. Shipping within the US might be possible but I expect the cost to be at least $30. I will not accept returns if it is shipped.

Our seller name on eBay is "touring". We have just listed this rare poster featuring the Alfa 33/3 winning the 1971 Watkins Glen 6-Hour ($64.99). And we do not seem to be able to give away this neat piece by artist William Burrows of Baltimore done for the Radnor Concours in 2003. Interesting style, great color, Alfa 8C 2900 at the 1938 Mille Miglia, reduced to $34.99. And another 50 items or so, not at all Alfa related.

Very disappointed to learn AACA Hershey Fall Meet has been cancelled for the first time in the event's 65 years. A pity. Of course practically all of us who attend and participate are in Covid High Risk categories. We had very good sales last year, who knows why, and as always enjoyed seeing and meeting lots of interesting folks we see nowhere else.

A few highlights from last year:

At long last I'd like to explain who we are, or rather who we used to be: We are Vicki and Mike Mihm from York PA. We have been selling automobilia, posters, prints, books, toys, automotive ceramics and teapots, since at least the 1980s at selected auto shows, flea markets and races. We sell as "alfa romeo collectibles", (lower case on purpose). Long ago we started carrying many non-Alfa items as well. We are fans of most things Italian, many things French, especially the Art Deco, and some things British (we have two Jaguars), and very little German (though we have a Benz)

We sold at the Lime Rock vintage race weekend for years, until they outlawed dogs. We are usually at and about Watkins Glen on vintage weekend though we have never sold there due to insurance, tax and energy issues (after Lime Rock we took a weekend off). We used to be at Carlisle Import, the Ferrari/Italian day at Richard and Patty Garre's Radcliffe Motorcars in Reisterstown MD, The Elegance at Hershey Concours, and the AACA Fall Meet at Hershey in October.

We were very disappointed to learn that The Elegance is no more, and due to circumstances, the Radcliffe event has also changed and we will no longer be selling there.

This means our only event this year may be Hershey in the fall, if it is not a casualty of COVID 19! If we find other events we will post notice here, but the pickings look slim.

In the meantime, please watch this space to see some of the items we sell. We always try to have some interesting items available for sale.

We are sellers of the wonderful PLAYFOREVER toy line, and the French Baghera toys - more to follow on these. We also have carried the automotive and aviation art of Frenchman Benjamin Freudenthal for many years. He does very interesting affordable work, and we had the pleasure of meeting him at Retromobile in Paris in 2014.

We are selling, but purchases are not necessary, we enjoy conversation as well! I can't promise how much Alfa stuff will be there, but hopefully there will be some interesting items for you to look at. We hope to see you!

Unless I have a medical miracle very soon, Alfa Romeo Collectibles will not in our spaces in the Orange Field
at the Hershey Fall Meet this week. I have a very severe chest cold at the moment, and do not expect to make it to Hershey. If you go, enjoy!

We are not going to be at The Grand Ascent on Saturday, but we were there in 1970 when it was the Hershey Hillclimb.
