My service includes taking all the clutter out of your house! I will negotiate, meet up with local buyers, and ship eligible purchases. Then I hand you CASH once the transaction is complete! My commission would be 50% per transaction. If the item doesn't sell, there's no charge and the item(s) will be returned to you.

· Title your item with a keyword rich description so people can find it (i.e. Ann Taylor Loft Midi Skirt, size 8, beige linen).

· Describe the item – be honest, and very detailed!

· Set your price & Publish!
