***Word To The Wise***

How it looks, what it’s supposed to look like & the battery guide rail

We cannot stress this enough! It is of the utmost importance that when you have an Electric Bike that you know what not to do!

Customer stated the ebike just stopped working& had 0 throttle response. It wasn’t until the mechanics put it on the repair rack that they found the battery guide rail was tampered with and the entire motor was fried.
It wasn’t until then that the customer told us that he bought a cheap battery off line & installed it into this bike.

Well, after a hefty repair & complete motor assembly replacement the customer is now free from the self inflicted danger .

This bike could have caught fire and caused serious injury. The motor is the proof.
