Robert and I stepped into the world of herbal tinctures much the same way we stepped into owning our bookstore years ago—through a series of unexpected turns that became a calling. Over time, we came to see how physical symptoms often reflect deeper patterns of stress and imbalance, and how herbs, working directly with the body’s tissues and systems, mirror the same restorative principles we observed in energy work. Yard Sale Season is Here!
We’re happy to help give your books, vinyl records, DVDs, and Blu-rays a second life.

If you have leftovers from your sale, we are currently accepting donations of books and media in good, clean condition. It’s a great way to keep quality items circulating in our community.

What we’re looking for:
Books: Clean covers, no water damage or stains, minimal wear, no excessive writing or highlighting, and no missing pages.
We welcome older books on history, antiques, eclectic & interesting topics, as well as classic literature.

Other media (vinyl, DVDs, Blu-rays, books on CD): Clean and scratch free.

Sorry, we are not accepting outdated: Encyclopedias, dictionaries and older references material, including textbooks, travel guides, medical tomes, technology or financial/tax and business guides.

If you're unsure about a specific batch, feel free to reach out.
We appreciate your help in keeping quality books and media in circulation while supporting our local community.

Bonus: We offer store credit and occasionally purchase select collections—feel free to ask.

Dearest Gentle Reader,

It seems the season has conspired most delightfully against even the most devoted of booksellers. For as the sun lingers longer and the air grows ever more inviting, one finds it increasingly difficult to remain indoors all the time.

And so, in a decision both sensible and ever so slightly indulgent, it has been noted that the bookshop shall no longer open its doors on Sundays. One must, after all, allow a little time for promenades, idle pleasures, and perhaps the occasional scandal (carefree reading under a tree).

Pray do not despair—six days remain for your browsing, discovery, and literary entanglements. And for those whose obligations keep them away during the earlier hours, you may take comfort in knowing that on Tuesdays, the doors remain open until 7:30 in the evening.
