Longtime Tom's Market cashier Kay Trollinger is celebrating her 80th birthday today, Wednesday, May 27.

She posed for a group photo surrounded by her coworkers, from left, Jody Frisbee, Erica Wyant, Devon Lewis and Jeff Gray.

Those who know Kay also know that she loves to present people with facts about dates, events and coincidences. Not to leave her own birthday uncommented upon, she pointed out it coincides with the 2019 Memorial Day tornado.
