This morning I noticed that my phone and my email were not driving me.

Not because I was avoiding reality, but because I met myself first.

The emails and the messages were still there.

However, there is a big difference between:

"Let's see what everyone wants from me?"

and

"Let's see what reality has for me."

One begins with reaction. The other begins with center.

That single Center-Based Living insight alone, can save so much time and energy.
