CREATIVITY DIDN'T DISAPPEAR.

Survival took over.

This necklace was made in 2021.

At the time, life was carrying a lot of weight. I didn't know it then, but looking back, I think creating was helping carry me.

Most people don't lack creativity.

They lack the conditions to create.

When life becomes all responsibility, pressure, urgency, and survival, creativity gets quiet.

Not because it is gone.

Because something else has taken over.

Give creativity a little room and it often returns on its own.

Sometimes as an idea.

Sometimes as a photograph.

Sometimes as a garden.

Sometimes as a necklace made on an ordinary afternoon.

Creativity is not a luxury.

It is nourishment.

Many people accept things as "normal" when they are really just habits.

Being rushed all the time.

Checking your phone every few minutes.

Constant worry.

Saying yes when you mean no.

A small change in awareness can create a surprising amount of freedom.

If you have a habit that you have accepted as normal, but it no longer serves you, let it go. Find some freedom!

The fact is what happened. The story is what your mind adds.

A simple fact like a text not being returned promptly can launch quite an elaborate story - he/she is mad at me, just using me, is sooo rude.

This is when returning to Center calms the storm and returns your personal power.
