As I’m sitting here reading my Bible this morning, I’m thinking about our direction, our paths, that we choose in life. Some times they may not go as we planned but God guides us and has a path made for each of us.
Each of us Probably seen ourselves doing different things 10/15 years ago. I know I did! Lol if you would have told me 15 years ago that I would have a small business running out of my small dinning room I would tell you that you are nutballs! lol
Life was pure chaos for us and it took a tremendous amount of faith and trust in God to be here. Gardner had gotten laid off from the mines and I couldn’t work anymore because of health issues with my shoulders. He looked at me and said what are we going to do? I said we are going to start a small boutique! To my surprise he was all in! So we both jumped head first with our last little bit in to this business. We prayed and trusted, but still had concerns, we are human. Fear is a huge part of our lives. We would ask each other, what if? What if it doesn’t work, What if we don’t make enough to cover bills, What if we fail?
So many questions ran through our minds over the years. We have failed, and God sent us angels to pick us back up. We have lost faith, and God sent us New people to bring back that faith.
We are not rich by any means! Lol I gotta stress that lol! We are blessed to pay bills each week! But we wouldn’t have it any other way! We have met so many amazing people do this! We have prayed with so many amazing people all over the United States! That’s a gift that God blessed us with and I will forever be grateful!
But I want to let someone know, whoever you are that is struggling, don’t loose your faith, if the road God is guiding you down looks scary, it probably is, but the door that will open will be the blessing your looking for! Let God guide your steps!
Proverbs 3:5–6: Trust God fully, do not rely on your own ideas, and He will clear the right path for you.
Psalm 32:8: God promises to teach, instruct, and guide you with His watchful eye.
Jeremiah 29:11: God has good plans for your future and hopes.
Psalm 37:23–24: God makes your steps firm when you delight in Him, and lifts you up if you stumble.
Psalm 119:105: God’s word acts as a lamp for your feet and a light on your road.
Isaiah 30:21: You will hear a voice telling you which way to go when you look to turn left or right.
