Estabrook’s is looking for a motivated, experienced Lead Supervisor to join our team! This is a full-time, year-round position for someone who loves plants, enjoys working with people, and is ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced garden center.

The position is based at our Kennebunk location from April-October and our Yarmouth location from November-March. Responsibilities include supporting daily operations, supervising and training staff, assisting customers, merchandising, inventory management, and plant care.

• Horticultural education and strong plant knowledge required
• 2-3 years of retail experience preferred
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Full-time, year-round employment
