This month we have Athearn Genesis SD90MAC-H Phase II's, SD89MAC's, Athearn SD40-2, FMC4700 Covered Hoppers, 50ft Combo Door Boxcars, 42ft Chemical Tankcars, 40' Woodchip Hoppers, then Roundhouse 50ft High Cube Smoothside Boxcars and 24' Ore Cars.

Hello all.

Some news. Sadly the brick and mortar part of mainemodelworks will be closing July 15th. Due to some changes at the property we rent, and other factors, we will be moving out. We are keeping an eye out in the future to open at a new location but as of now we have no timeline to do so.

HOWEVER we will still be handling our online orders and pre orders just the same. We will still have the same phone number, email, Facebook etc to contact us. For local customers I will work with you the best I can with orders, and will possibly do a by appointment service to pick up product. We will be doing more shows too!

Thanks to all who have frequented our Yarmouth Maine location! We will continue to serve your needs going forward online and in person through shows and by appointment only. If and when we find our future location we look forward to having you there !

Athearn New Announcements for July today! Big one for the Maine locals on this one, NBSR SD70M-2's in SIX NUMBERS! 2 each for the NB Southern, Eastern Maine and Maine Northern lettering.

On top of that we have SD70ACE's, other SD70M-2's and MP15AC's in Genesis tier, then 60ft ICC High Cube Boxcars, 50ft Ice Bunker Reefers and 48ft Containers to round out the rest of the announcement.
