Since being open we have met some really great people! This is what we will be offering at Comet, it's kind of unique. We began a picture catalog that is growing daily. The catalogs purpose is to circulate through internet sites and advertise your items through pictures of items that we weren't able to display in our shop due to size, nature or space limitations. We will only display items that ar
e collectible such as Vintage or Antique, gently used items in clean and ready to display condition. We are NOT a Thrift Shop and do not accept Thrift Shop type items. We do not sell Clothing from time to time we may take on high end clothing new with tags. We will also display new items and will only be displayed as new with tags and or paperwork (receipts) associated with new items. If you would like something sold on eBay we can do it for you but the eBay and paypal fees will be the clients responsibility. The fee for Comet Consignment is applied to the sale price of the item. We cannot hold items that you want to purchase at Comet however we will give you a short hold at our discretion. The length of time an item will be held depends on the demand for the item. We are a store therefore we must charge sales tax on ALL purchases. The clients consigning items do not have to pay sales tax at Comet. Comet Consignment assumes all sales tax responsibilities. Sales Tax will NOT be charged for Tag/Estate sales or services and will not taxable. One other very important service we have is Tag/Estate Sales and or Yard Sales. Many people either have a lot of things to get rid of at one time or find themselves moving and with a houseful to unload. We will price and gather your items, advertise and run your Estate or Yard Sale. Nice weather is coming and we are already booking a calendar for Estate/Yard sale dates.
