📣 🥩 Howdy Y’all! If you’ve been on our WAITLIST, we’re getting back into the swing of things. We’ll be in touch with you soon, to send out cut sheets so that you can get those turned in for your orders.

The first 4 calves are at the processor’s new facility right now, and we’re so excited to start delivering some BEEF again. There will be a few new things happening, like fancier packaging for the ground beef and a few changes on the cut sheet. As always, if you have any questions we’re here to help.

🥩 Updated pricing for 2026 🥩
There are different reasons we are committed to using the processor we use for our beef. One of those reasons is take home yield from our product, which our customers appreciate.

In transparency, our cost of processing has gone up .25 per pound on processing so that means starting in 2026, our beef pricing will reflect the increase. $5.50/lb hanging weight with processing, vacuum pack, and delivery to your freezer within 100 miles is included on your order.

We’ve currently been busy raising the calves up to finish weight, and waiting on the finish of our processor’s new facility. Thank you to all of our new and returning customers for your continued support! We couldn’t do this without you all, and we appreciate you!
