Tonight's dinner idea?! Kimchi jjigae!

Kimchi jjigae (Red onion, Vidalia sweet onion, garlic, zucchini, yellow potato, Wild Brine Korean kimchi, crimini mushrooms, *tofu, olive oil, sesame oil, gochugaru flakes, gochujang, tamari) served with steamed jasmine rice and topped with sliced serrano, green onions, radishes and sambal oelek. Add a side of green salad (lettuce, radishes, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, roasted sunflower seeds) with homemade honey mustard - Perfect!

Another day, another dinner :)

Jamaican Jerk chili (black beans, pinto beans, tomato sauce, tomatoes, Vidalia sweet onions, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, Garnet yams, garlic, ginger, cayenne, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, thyme, sea salt, black pepper) and a green salad (lettuce, cherry tomatoes, black olives, radishes, cucumber) with honey mustard or thousand island dressing (all ingredients for both in-store when starting with soymilk and neutral oil for the mayonnaise :)).

Tonight's dinner idea?! Krupnik aka Mushroom Barley soup :) It is mostly true to its Polish roots, but I did throw in some sweet peppers (red and green bell) which needed to be used and a few white beans for added protein.

Crimini mushrooms, carrots, potatoes, celery, Vidalia sweet onion, fresh parsley, fresh dill, sweet peppers, barley, white beans, sea salt, ground black pepper, *Better than Bouillion seasoned vegetable base, with sliced serranos, of course lol
