Southern TaterToTs Boutique Rules
📌📌Please read and initial to agree and confirm understanding.
🛑Ordering
To place an order comment under picture with your size, color, quantity, payment, delivery method and location (if pick up). If you wish to cancel you must do so BEFORE invoices are sent out. Orders will be placed on the 1st and 2nd Fridays each month unless there are sales going on or on the post it says placing orders now until posted date! If an item has open/close dates, those will be specified. Once the close date arrives, comments will be turned off on that post.
Once you have commented your order on an item, I will ‘like’ your comment when I write it down in my book. If you need to cancel/change your order after I ‘like’ your comment, you will need to pm me or tag me in your comment. I do not get notifications for edited or deleted comments.
💵 Payment
Payment Methods will be via PayPal, Cashapp or Venmo. It is your responsibility to specify which account you are using! Invoices will be sent throughout the week prior to order date and are due on specified Payment Date (Friday) unless I’m doing orders throughout the week, then payment will be due the day of! Nonpayment will result in your order being cancelled and removal from group! Also I’ve received messages stating they want to order an item when they get paid then when that day gets here and I’m placing an order and I send you a message then get no response that will also get you removed from the group, the time and effort that’s put into posting and getting prices is very time consuming and if you tell me you want to order on a date and I message my supplier stating I’ll need these items and after they are held for me the customer doesn’t respond after stating (I want to order) it wastes my time and my supplier loses money because of holding the items so please only send a message or comment on an item if your ready to order! After 3 cancelled invoices, you will be removed from group. I put in too much time that could be spent with my kids and family for it to be wasted. I also do not make a living doing this, so please be mindful of my time. I understand things and life happen, as long as you get with me and let me know before invoice is cancelled, it will not count against you.
🚗 Pickup
Wynne is the pickup location. I will send you a message or tag you in a pickup post when your item is ready. Pickups are required to be made in at least 2 weeks of you being tagged. If items are not picked up by the date specified, those items will be forfeited and resold without a refund given.
🚚 Shipping
If you are not local to Wynne I will Ship your items to you with your shipping fee included in with your priced item. I will send you a message letting you know how much your shipping fee will be and most of the time it can be anywhere from 5-10$ depending where it’s going! My goal is to keep your costs at a minimum. If you pay with cashapp or your address changes, it is YOUR responsibility to pm me (Kimberly Edwards) your address. I will not be able to ship your items until you send your address.
🔴 Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if the product is damaged, doesn’t meet our expectations when we receive the items from the supplier, or if we do not receive your item from the supplier. Refunds will NOT be issued because an item is too big or too small! I’ve had a ton of issues with ordering from the China suppliers and a lot of my items I did not receive or some where lost and I ended up having to issue refunds from my own pocket. I will (NOT) be ordering anything from China due to those issues, everything will be ordered from my U.S. Supplier and my new Suppliers from Turkey 🇹🇷 Since ordering from my new suppliers they have been amazing and the ship time has also been amazing with a ship time of 7-20 days and shoes also include the box! A size chart from the supplier will be provided on each sale.
📦Delayed Packages📦
I am not responsible for delayed packages, unfortunately sometimes packages do get delayed and that’s beyond my control, but everything I have ordered recently has been here by the delivered time it says on the post, I’ve had 1 package that was 4 days past the delivery date but it got here, so with that being if your one of those people that expects no delays sometimes please Do Not Order, I don’t control the postal service and if I see there’s going to be a delay possibly I will let you know it’s running a little late! All I do is place the order and the supplier ships your item and then the postal service takes over from there!
📣Invites
If anyone wants to invite anyone to the group you must only invite people that are interested in the items that are shown in the group! I’ve had a lot of people invite random people that isn’t interested in anything or interacting with the group and most of them probably don’t know they’ve been in the group! This group is a shopping group for people who love to shop and get great deals on designer items!
