Here at the ABS Chicago show this weekend pouring into so many people and stressing the fact that we have to be TRUE to ourselves and that not everyone is for you.

Losing yourself can lead to a lack of direction, purpose, and identity. (Been there some that ✅)

It can also cause confusion, anxiety, and depression.

When we lose ourselves, we may also lose our values, beliefs, and passions, which can impact our relationships, career, and overall well-being.

It is important to maintain a sense of self to stay true to who we are and what we stand for 💯

I'm am so sorry I haven't been opened much here lately my dad has been sick and I have been home taking care of him I am planning on opening up this Wednesday at 2:00 or may be a little sooner it depends on what time I get back from taking my dad to his treatment.
