Manage Your Prescriptions with the Rx365 App from Foltmer Drug!

Foltmer Drug now offers a simple and convenient way to refill prescriptions using the Rx365 app. Before completing the steps- you may need to add your mobile number to your profile at Foltmer Drug. Please do this by calling 970-332-4911.

With Rx365 you can:
• Request prescription refills
• Check if your medication is ready
• Get notifications when prescriptions are ready for pickup
• Keep track of your active prescriptions
• Transfer prescriptions from other pharmacies

The app is safe, secure, and easy to use.

How to Use the Rx365 App (on your phone)

Step 1:
Download the Rx365 Pharmacy App from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
The app is free.

Step 2:
Search for and select Foltmer Drug as your pharmacy.

Step 3:
Create your account by entering:
• Your Name
• Date of Birth
• A recent prescription number (found on your bottle or receipt)
• Your Email
• A Password

Step 4:
Once your account is set up, you can start:
• Requesting refills
• Checking prescription status
• Managing your medications
