A fun class today making brick oven pizza, heirloom tomatoes with basil, a cocktail and a blackberry and chocolate tart for dessert. Everyone made Neapolitan dough to take and bake (1 large pizza). Let’s make elderberry juice! As we kick off the start of elderberry processing; today we made 1.5 gallons of juice. Our goal is 5 gallons. I can them boiling bath method in quarts. Keep in mind these berries must be boiled to deactivate the cyanide within the berries. This is so easy and you can sweeten with organic sugar, honey or artificial sweeteners. Easy breezy recipe in first comment. 😊 No ads or foolish links!

Here’s my delicious, easy, quahog recipe…it’s to die for! Open quahogs leaving half on each shell. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Now add cheese (smoked Gouda, sharp cheddar or provolone work well). Now top with raw bacon and place under the broiler until the bacon is crispy! Amazingly delicious!

Delicious and easy phyllo dough pizza 🍕 Greek style with healthy extra virgin olive oil, garden tomatoes, olives, artichoke hearts and the cheeses of your choice. Cut before baking and it’s so easy to serve. 😊
