Still shut down until I can find a new shop to move into. But working on some new ideas and designs that I hope to start producing when the move is made. Lavvu Poncho style rain flys as well as a new enclosed hammock that will be a cross between the Lightfoot Scout and Recon. My hammocks are more tactical in nature but also looking into more bush crafting crossovers for wearable sleep gear.

There are now several hammock makers out there trying to copy my "Lay Flat" design. And they advertise this.
The difference in their hammocks and mine? My hammocks are made from a nylon that will not stretch as much as their lighter weight fabric. As well, they can not manipulate their fabric in the same way as mine since my design is Patented. They are also trying to copy other aspects of my Patent.
This means a PAK-IT-LITE hammock will hold it's lay flat shape better when you lay in it. So, don't be fooled by their claims!

I received a wonderful email from Chuck Nyberg about his hammocks:

"I'm 65 and purchased a ReconMN a couple of years ago. We frequent the BWCA in northern MN and sleeping on the ground was getting tough. The Recon solved that problem so I bought the Scout and set it up in the spare bedroom. I've been sleeping in it for over a year. I don't toss and turn every half hour and my back feels much better in the morning".
