Be careful about having relationships with people with no emotional intelligence. They will never understand you, they will personalize everything, and you will never be seen and heard.

Be careful about having relationships with people who can't regulate their emotions. You will always be at the mercy of their rages, and bad moods.

Be careful about having relationships with people with no self awareness. They have no idea how their behavior affects the people around them, so it's a matter of time before you get hurt.

Be careful about having relationships with people without empathy, they will never see or care about how you feel.

If no one has ever told you, I am telling you now.

Look for people in your life with emotional intelligence, self awareness, empathy and the ability to regulate their emotions or you will be at the mercy of their dysfunction and pay the price for their immaturity and lack of growth.

Hidden Values.

Reflection.

You will never be able to look at life from the same angle that I see it,
You, you don't see the beauty of a person because you don't look inside,
I see things that seem insignificant as a beautiful work of art.
Give me your hand, let's walk through life together, I will show you that nothing and no one deserves to go unnoticed, all of us without exception, we have great value, some show it to the surface and others hide it because they don't know how to love each other.
Don't let go of my hands, I will teach you to love being human, many times we make mistakes, we allow ourselves to be influenced by what we see on the outside, beauty, elegance and they carry inside the arrogance of believing themselves better than others.
External beauty can disturb our gaze, but what about the empty words that come from the lips without having made a stop in the heart, which is the only reason that makes our love great.

Need more time to file a federal tax return?

WASHINGTON — With the April 15 tax filing deadline fast approaching, the Internal Revenue Service reminds taxpayers who need more time to file their return that receiving an extension is quick and easy. An extension gives taxpayers an automatic six more months – until Oct. 15 this year – to file their tax return.

The IRS also reminds taxpayers that payments are still due by the original deadline, even if they request an extension of time to file a tax return. Taxpayers should file even if they can't pay the full amount.

Also learn your state law, all state do not accept the federal extension you must file the state extension also to be in compliance.

Taxpayers need to report crypto, other digital asset transactions on their tax return

Anyone who sold crypto, received it as payment or had other digital asset transactions needs to accurately report it on their tax return

The Internal Revenue Service reminds taxpayers they must answer the digital asset question and report all digital asset related income when they file their 2023 federal income tax return. Taxpayers should also keep these reporting guidelines in mind for 2024.

There are time when kindness is treated as weakness. Where people think they can take advantage. Don’t change just learn for life experience.

When Kindness is Abused.

Sometimes you need to step back, and ask yourself what is it you are doing? Sadly some will mistake your kindness for weakness and abuse your generous nature.

Be stronger than your pain, disappointment, anger, and frustration, move on in silence without them. Your revenge is your silence. The gift you gave them is unconditional, and if they treated you poorly it's their loss. Your healing is to let go and realize that you are who you are by design and never look back, look forward for others need your help today.

1. Don’t lend money to your family. Give it.

2. Never shake a hand while sitting down.

3. Stop telling people more than they need to know.

4. Never eat the last piece of something you didn't buy.

5. Don't throw your friend under the bus to impress someone.

6. Never insult the cooking when you are the guest.

7. Don't use the urinal next to an occupied one.

8. Don't take out your phone during a conversation.

9. Never take credit for work you didn't do.

10. Listen, nod, and most of all make eye contact.

11. Don't make fun of your friend in front of his kids.

12. Never let emotions overpower you.

13. Never beg for a relationship.

14. Dress well no matter what the occasion.

15. Never kick a man when he is already down.
