We could not be more proud of our Two Rivers Store Manager, C**t Peterson as he receives the Young Professionals of Manitowoc Counties' Future 15 Award. Well deserved! Congrats again, C**t!
C**t Peterson serves as Sales Manager at US Cellular, President of the Two Rivers Business Association, Ex-Officio Board Member for The Chamber of Manitowoc County, and as a member of the Young Professionals Committee. His leadership journey began early as he earned his first Sales Manager position at 19 and later supervised a shift at Johnson Controls. However, his path was shaped by significant adversity.
After losing his father and brother to addiction and witnessing his mother’s own struggles, he entered the foster care system and faced the challenges and constant instability of changing environments. By 18, he had aged out with no guidance or stability and soon fell into substance use himself, searching for a way to quiet the pain of his trauma. But he realized that if he wanted to see change, he had to be the one to act. That turning point transformed his life from survival to truly living.
Today, he consistently seeks ways to get involved and give back to the community. In 2025 alone, he's donated to The Haven, Lighthouse Recovery Community Center, multiple Walk To End fundraisers, participated in food and school supply drives, and sponsored numerous community events. His future goals include becoming more proficient in marketing and promotion to bring awareness to all the proactive organizations in Manitowoc County and bring new people into the community. His main goal in life: ensuring no one ever feels the way he once felt, as a soul even historical statistics had counted out.
